COVID-19 – UPM PREVENTIVE MEASURES

Dear All,

 

As a company that provides cleaning and sanitation, we believe that it is our duty to make sure that our clients and staff are protected within the  UAE Government public health instructions  &  guidelines with keeping our services going to the longest period possible through this unfortunate crisis.

 

Here are some of the measures we have taken to ensure your safety.

  

All UPM professionals who will remain active have not traveled outside of the UAE in the past 2 months.

 

 

· All staff must be in the office early to do a physical screening

· Their body temperature will be checked every morning before starting their workday and will be restricted from working in case they have respiratory symptoms with fever.

· They are advised to always carry sanitizer/ alcohol

· Frequently wash and sanitize their hands and avoid touching their face.

· Wear hair cup, facemask, and gloves (which will be provided before their duty start)

· Regularly sanitize their mobile phones

· Always wash and iron their uniforms

· Wash and/or disinfect their duty shoes

· They are restricted to bring their personal belongings to their client except their phone and ID.

· Use cleaning materials provided by the clients – or change sponge, rugs  each and every clients

· Our service vehicle will be cleaned and sanitized. 

· Avoid close contact to people who are sick. If they suspect that the client is ill they are advice to keep more distance and call their immediate superior to take proper action. 

· NO HAND-SHAKE OR PHYSICAL CONTACT POLICY.

 

We will continue navigating through this unprecedented challenge whilst doing everything in our power to maintain operational stability to serve all our client's demands.
